Finally, here it is.  The opportunity that you have been waiting for for your entire career.  Yes, it’s a chance to  make a gigantic commission with very little effort on your part.  This is not a gimmick, but a true business proposition from me.  Yes, perhaps my touch is firmly in cheek here, but, as Dave Barry often says, I am not making this up.
